Fear is something that can end up in the driver’s seat of our lives faster than we realize. Our significance isn't driven by what we do or who knows us, but rather what God says about us and does in us that makes us significant.
Death is inevitable, but it's not something to fear. When you accept Jesus, you receive what God has prepared for you when you die—eternal life. The hope of heaven makes the pain on this earth bearable.
What we hide has the tendency to come back to haunt us. When we live in the light, we can have real relationships with people and be free to live as He created us. If your life were in the spotlight, what secrets do you fear would be exposed?
Supernatural evil is undeniable, but it is certainly not unstoppable. In the movies, you have to call the Ghostbusters, but in real life, you can call on the name of Jesus. Jesus tells that we don’t have anything to fear, but we have something to fight.
The fear of what's next tends to keep us in our comfort zone, but change happens whether we like it or not. When God brings change, we will see the difference it makes in who we are and where He is leading us.
