Full-Time Pastor

Grace Family Church has an opening for a pastor to give oversight to First Impressions, Young Adults (18-29 years old), and Next Level Leadership.

Experience needs to include the following:

  • Vibrant, growing personal relationship with God
  • Strong ability to recruit and build leadership teams
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong people skills and a genuine love for others
  • Present and communicate well to large groups, demonstrated experience in public speaking
  • Adapts well to change and strategic growth
