Ministry Assistant (full-time)

Grace Family Church is seeking a full-time Ministry Assistant for Pastor Dean Wild, Campus Pastor for Grace Family Church – Temple Terrace. Applicants should have strong people skills, Project Management experience, administrative skills, flexibility and attention to detail. Responsibilities will include pastoral and ministry support during office hours and during select service times. This ministry assistant will be working in a changing environment that places a high value on serving, equipping and raising up leaders. Web Programmer

Grace Family Church is seeking a Web Programmer to help develop and maintain its various websites. The hours needed for this position are currently 20, with the opportunity to grow. The ideal candidate for this position would be a disciplined, self-starter, who is able to complete tasks without direct supervision. He or she should also be a problem solver who can think outside-the-box and accomplish goals with or without deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Familiar with Apple computers and OSX
• Fluent in HTML and CSS
• Working knowledge of Photoshop
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to convert Photoshop files to web page layouts
• Ability to proofread and correct text to conform to conventions of English grammar.

Additional Desired Skills:

• Experience producing email campaigns a plus
• Working knowledge of PHP a plus
• Working knowledge of WordPress a plus
• Experience producing podcasts a plus
