Requirements

Be a Christian

  • According to Romans 10: 9,13

Be a Member of Grace Family Church

  • You have attended First Steps with Pastor Craig and you signed the commitment to membership
  • Agreeing fully to GFC’s statement of beliefs, mission, strategy and values.

Fully support GFC with your time, talents, and treasures.

  • You attend a weekend service weekly, serve/volunteer in a ministry area, and tithe financially to GFC according to “scripture”. Genesis 14:20, Mal 3:8-10, Luke 6:38, 2 Corinthians 9:6-7

Expectations

  • Lead a GFC small group. Attend or have completed Small Groups Leader Training.
  • Attend,lead and serve at assigned weekend services and outreaches.
  • Attend meetings with your assigned pastor/director or immediate report as scheduled.
  • Be willing to commit 10-15 hours a week to the program.
 

Next Level Leadership Program is a one year program for individuals who feel God is calling them to a next level in ministry. It is a hands on training program designed to serve and equip the ones who are called to lead in the ministry, to help identify their purpose or calling and to grow in their personal relationship with Christ.

Completion of this program will equip leaders in the following areas:

  • Pastoral Care
  • Outreach
  • Servant Leadership
  • Mentoring/Leading
  • Worship
  • Speaking a Message
  • Leading and building teams

The Next Level Leadership Program is full for 2012. We will be accepting applications for the 2013 program starting in August 2012.
